1.PSG series cone crusher introduction
PSG series cone crusher has the characteristics of large crushing torque, high efficiency, low operating cost, convenient clearance adjustment and low energy consumption. The machine is made of high quality materials with reasonable structure design. The particle size of crushing products is uniform, reducing the cyclic load. In large and medium size crusher, the multi-cylinder hydraulic clearing system is adopted to reduce the labor intensity of operation. The locking mode adopts hydraulic butterfly spring cylinder and mechanical double locking mode to make the locking more reliable. And each type of model cavity type, according to different needs, choose different cavity type, in order to better adapt to user needs.
(1) Multiple crushing cavity types: PSG series conical broken cavity types can be divided into three different design modes. Users can choose crushing cavity types with high crushing efficiency, uniform product size, good particle shape, uniform rolling mortar wall wear and long service life according to the site conditions.
(2) Dry oil sealing and dustproof: PSG series cone breaking adopts unique dustproof sealing structure, with reliable sealing effect and effective extension of lubricating oil replacement cycle and service life of parts.
Support large crushing force: the key parts of PSG series cone breaking are made of special materials. The distance between the crushing cone and the mortar wall of each stroke is up to, which not only allows more materials to enter the crushing chamber, but also forms a larger discharge volume, so that the speed of materials through the crushing chamber is accelerated.
